Purpose of Data Collection

The purposes of each processing of your personal data are described and defined at the time of data collection. Majjane collects your personal data to meet the following objectives :

Data Retention

User Data will not be retained beyond the period strictly necessary for the purposes pursued as stated herein and in accordance with the Data Protection regulations and applicable laws.

In this regard, Data used for prospecting purposes may be retained for a maximum period of 3 years from the closure of the User account or the last contact the User had with the Publisher.

User Data is deleted when the retention periods expire. Nevertheless, Data may be archived beyond the planned durations for research, verification, and prosecution of criminal offenses solely to make these Data available to judicial authorities as needed.
